My mission is to work in and within my local communities. Sourcing local Ohio products, working sustainably and with small batch menus. Being an avid hiker and kayaker, I want my delicious desserts to be able to go anywhere you go! My products are meant to travel and hold.

I was a professional chef for over 15 years. Often involved in creating dessert menus for restaurants, beer dinners and many other events.  I've taken those recipes and transformed them into what I call Bombs. Bombs are decadent, layered, dessert jars. From cake to cheesecake dessert jars, there's an array of seasonal goodness. I even have created HOT Bombs.

The Blonde Bomb was a name given to me, from some beloved chef friends. My personality often "explodes" when I'm in the kitchen. I was known for my signature blonde top knot and colorful bandanas. In 2020, I unfortunately lost my long, blonde locks while in chemotherapy. However, The Blonde Bomb is a persona and is still very much alive in me.  The Blonde Bomb Bakery was born in 2021.

The Blonde Bomb Bakery makes its own jams, jellies, sauces and MORE. I buy directly from farmers and source locally, when possible. Most products are sourced seasonally and then canned for future use. I practice zero waste in my kitchen and work every day towards being more sustainable.

Bomb Boxes are my seasonal, monthly, subscription boxes. These boxes are inspired from my time as a pastry chef. Often highlighting special desserts and savory snacks that I created over the years.
